Face 23 is Ben Woolf, who passed away a year ago today (feb/23/2015) at the age of 34.
He was a TV and Movie actor and is in a few of my favorite horror genre movies and TV shows, I'm still working on American Horror Story, but I will be meeting his character 'Meep' soon.
